Kaitlyn Schlegel was a wonderful young singer, a cheerful and indomitable spirit, and a dedicated Board member and Administrator for Masterworks Chorale. Kaitlyn died unexpectedly in February, 2013, at the age of 26.
To commemorate her life, her love of song, and her numerous efforts to recruit young singers, Masterworks Chorale has created the Kaitlyn Schlegel Young Singers Fund. The Fund provides full payment of the Chorale's annual dues for undergraduate or graduate college students 30 years of age or less, and full or partial payment of annual dues for non-student young singers who are 26 years of age or less.
